The shipment expenses concern:
THE NETHERLANDS: €4.00.- / €6.00.-
REST OF EUROPE: €6.00.- / €9.50.-

We offer free shipping (EU) on all orders above €100.-


ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After receiving your order confirmation we will deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days (NL) or within 4-6 working days (rest of the EU). As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Please note that Studio Lytse is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We offer a full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at info@studiolytse with your order number. 

The right to return the product only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same state as when received. The customer is only allowed to unpack and/or to use the ordered product as far as is needed to be able to determine whether the customer wants to keep the product. 

Please keep in mind that Studio Lytse can’t refund any taxes, duties, charges or shipping fee for the return. Refunds will be set at the price you paid at the moment of purchase, not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

In case a product is damaged or incomplete, the buyer has the obligation to inform the Studio Lytse support team by e-mail and to await further instructions.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of his/her order and bears all the costs and risks related to the return shipment. Studio Lytse advises the customers to return a product by insured shipment and in a sealed packaging.
